Школовао се у Великом Шиљеговцум, потом Лесковцу, За време Првог светског рата је био на школовању у Француској у Бањер де Бигору и Ажену . После рата постаје официр. Службовао је у Врању, Пироту и Београду. Током Априлксог рата је био је заробљен у логорима у Нирнбергу и Хамелбургу . После ослобођења радио је у суду у Крушевцу као чиновник.
