Рођен је 18. јануара 1876. године у Старим Бановцима. У Сремским карловцима завршио је гимназију и Богословију. Био је парох у Бачинцима од 1899. године, а потом и парох у Бешкој од 1919. године. Бавио се књижевношћу и црквеном и световном (проповеди, приповетке и песме) коју је објављивао по књижевној периодици.
Умро је у Бешкој 06. новембра 1930. године.
