History
Рођен је у Београду око 1870. године у познатој и угледној трговачкој породици. Прву гимназију је завршио 1890. године, а потом је у Београду студирао и завршио права, да би школовање наставио у Лајпцигу и Минхену. По завршетку школовања радио је као адвокат у Београду. Као резервни официр учествовао је у ратовима од 1912.-1918. године. На место шефа Репарационе комисије постављен је 1928. године, али је већ следеће 1929. године преминуо у Берлину.
